Table 1 Release of AA from HCT-15 cells by celecoxib (50 μM) and NS-398 (52 μM). HCT-15 cells, 0.3 to 1.0 × 105/dish, were incubated with the celecoxib, NS-398 or control for 19 h at 37°C. After centrifugation, culture fluids (200 μl) were counted for radioactivity.
