Saturation binding of [³H]DHA to membranes prepared from HEK 293 cells cultured in 10% FBS and infected with AAV-β₂AR/EGFP. Membranes were incubated at 30°C for 20 minutes with increasing concentrations of [³H]DHA. Non-specific binding was defined with 0.1 μM (-)-propranolol.
