From: Cloning and expression of the rabbit prostaglandin EP2 receptor
RNase protection assay demonstrating the distribution of EP1, EP2, EP3, EP4 and GAPDH mRNA in rabbit vascular tissues. The protected fragments were electrophoretically separated on a 6% agarose/7 M urea gel. The film was exposed for 36 hours. A 100 bp ladder was used as a size marker. Panel A: EP1, EP2, EP3, and EP4 expression in rabbit aorta. Panel B: EP2 and EP4 expression in preglomerular microvessels in the kidney.
