NOS and COX inhibitor effects on PAR2 agonist-induced vasodilations in saline- and ANG II-treated C57. C57BL/6J (C57) mice were pretreated with saline or angiotensin II (ANG II) for two weeks prior to experiments. Values are the mean ± SE (n = number of mice) for 2-furoyl-LIGRLO-amide (2fly)-induced relaxations of second order mesenteric arteries contracted submaximally by cirazoline.
