2-APB and analogues are Ca²⁺release inhibitors. BL-41 cell cytosolic concentrations were measured as in figure 1. To induce Ca²⁺ release by the ER, cells were treated with 0.5 μg/ml anti-IgM antibody at t = 30 s. According to the treatment, cells were pre-treated with 2-APB or analogues during 5 min prior anti-IgM antibody stimulation. Error bars were omitted for clarity but were < 4 nM.
