Effects of acute RU486 treatment on lower doses of LPS (0.1 and 0.5 mg/kg)-induced changes in serum TNFα (a), corticosterone (b), and ACTH (c), and on high dose LPS (20 mg/kg)-induced changes in serum TNFα (d), corticosterone (e), and ACTH (f) in C57BL/6 DIO mice.
