This figure shows the inhibition of histamine induced short circuit current (ΔIsc) by different antihistamines at various concentrations. These antihistamines concentration- dependently inhibited maximum responses induced by histamine, the order of apparent efficiencies of histamine blockade were desloratadine > cetirizine ≈ hydroxyzine > fexofenadine > loratadine.
