Group 1: experiments on tracheal chains contracted by 10 μM methacholine in the presence of ordinary Krebs solution. Group 2: experiments on tracheal chains contracted by 10 μM methacholine in the presence of calcium free Krebs solution. Group 3: experiments on tracheal chains contracted by 60 mM KCl in the presence of ordinary Krebs solution (for each group, n = 6).
