Differentiation response of HL-60 cells to retinoids and ALDH inhibitors. Retinoid concentrations were 1 μM for all-trans retinal (Ral) and all-trans retinoic acid (RA). Inhibitor concentrations were 50 μM for 4-(N,N-dipropylamino)benzaldehyde (DPAB) and 4-(N,N-diethylamino)benzaldehyde (DEAB). Control (black squares). Ral (red diamonds). RA (green circles).
