From: Cloning and expression of the rabbit prostaglandin EP2 receptor
Butaprost free acid mediated stimulation of intracellular cAMP production in COS-1 cells transfected with the rabbit EP2 receptor. Cells were incubated with various concentrations of PGE2 in the presence of IBMX for 5 minutes. The reactions were stopped with 10% TCA, and cell lysates were analyzed for cAMP content by a cAMP EIA kit. The data shown are from a single experiment and are representative of 3 independent experiments. â–² rabbit EP2 transfected; â– vector only transfected.
