Effect of BRCA1-deficiency on Sensitivity to DNA Damaging Agents. Brca1+/+ (black circle) and Brca1-/- (white square) cells were analyzed for cellular sensitivity to (a) doxorubicin (b) cisplatin (c) carboplatin or (d) oxaliplatin by MTT assay.
