    This is a fascinating piece of research as it demonstrates the importance of the source of supplementation. Molecular components are completely different with synthetic vitamins vs. their natural counterparts and this affects levels of absorption and overall metabolic affect.

    Time and time again we are reminded that there is no substitute for natural sources of supplementation.

    I would caution the media to understand this difference and actually read the paper before making proclamations such as the one I read this morning referencing this research titled, "Research proves vitamin supplements are snake oil."
